    【摘要】“衰其大半而止”出自于《素问·六元正纪大论》篇，为治疗妇人妊娠“大积大聚”之证提出的重要指导思想。后世历代医家对其有不同的解读，并阐发出更多的观点，将其广泛运用于各类疾病。归纳整理其发展思想，尽发经旨之秘，从“扶正袪邪”“养正除积”药物“久服偏胜”“阴平阳秘”四个方面，试述管见。
