    【摘要】人参皂苷CK为原人参二醇类人参皂苷，是口服原人参二醇后经肠道菌群的作用所产生的代谢产物，具有诸多药理活性。近年研究发现，人参皂苷CK具有抗肝癌、保护肝脏和抑制脂肪肝的药理作用。文章就人参皂苷CK对肝脏相关作用的国内外文献进行综述，以期为人参皂苷CK在肝脏相关疾病的临床应用研究提供依据。
