    【摘要】老年性骨质疏松症(Senile osteoporosis，SOP)是中老年常见退行性病变，疼痛是其最常见的症状，严重影响患者的生活质量，中医对SOP疼痛通过辨证论治，采用中医治疗在临床中取得了显著的疗效。文章基于近年来中医外治法治疗SOP疼痛的研究概况及现状分析，结合中医病因病机，对中医治疗SOP疼痛方法进行综述，以期为今后中医外治法治疗SOP疼痛的进一步研究和推广应用提供理论依据。
