卢飚 顾健霞

    【摘要】目前高血压合并血脂异常的患病人群日益增加，中医药在治疗两者合病上特色鲜明，疗效明显。顾健霞主任认为两者都可因饮食失调、情志内伤、劳逸失度等致脾虚失健，肝行气不畅，心运血滞行，从而使痰瘀交缠，脉道受损。病位在脉道，与脾、肝、心三脏联系最密切，病机关键为脾虚失健，肝失疏泄，心脉痹阻。治疗上采用健脾疏肝，化浊通心之法。顾健霞主任运用山楂苓术天麻汤(经验方)治疗高血压合并血脂异常(痰浊阻遏证)，疗效满意。
