    【摘 要】 德宏州地处云南西部，是傣族主要聚居地之一，由于其特殊的地理优势，深受印度文化与中原文化的影响，造就了适应傣族人民生产生活以及文化民俗的治病方法和手段，但这些行之有效的治病方法和手段随着现代医学、中医学的普及和推广，民族特色正在逐步弱化，难以存继。文章以实地调研为基础，对德宏州傣族的历史沿革、医药现状进行梳理，并就如何发展德宏州傣医药提出建议，以期为进一步挖掘德宏州傣医药的价值、打破傣医药发展困境以及促进云南民族医药的可持续发展提供参考。
