    【摘 要】 为调查海南省昌江黎族自治县黎族医药的特色与发展现状，以海南省昌江黎族自治县七叉镇和石碌镇为例，通过问卷调查、上山识药及走访民间黎医等方式，了解当地黎族医药的特色与发展现状，探寻黎族医药在海南省昌江黎族自治县的发展情况。结果显示，由于多数民间黎医暂无合法身份从事医疗事业，致使黎族医药的传承面临着巨大挑战。但是黎族医药应用范围广泛，在一定程度上可保障当地百姓的健康，也对现代医疗体系有一定的补充作用。因此，独具特色的黎族医药应该得到重视和传承，保护与发展黎族医药健康已经是刻不容缓。
