    【摘 要】 目的：探索李东垣“阳升阴降”说与朱丹溪“阴升阳降”说之间的联系与区别，以期为后世的临床实践和理论探究提供一定的指导意义。方法：通过对二者著述中描述阴阳升降部分的分析，分别对阳升阴降论和阴升阳降论的理论源流、侧重脏腑、病理产物、临床证治四个方面进行横向比较，探索两家理论之异同。结果：东垣之理多源自《内经》，侧重于脾胃，若升降失常，可见阴火易生，治当甘温升阳，辅以泻火;而丹溪之理颇受易、理思想影响，侧重于心肾，倡妄动之相火应降、不足之阴精宜升，主张滋阴降火。结论：李东垣和朱丹溪都认可了脾胃在阴阳升降中的重要作用，但却侧重不同，对临床的发挥亦有所差异，两说互为补充，共同丰富了脏腑阴阳气血升降理论。
