    【摘 要】 倒班相关睡眠障碍和认知偏向以困倦、疲劳、神经认知障碍、认知功能下降、认知行为损伤为主要临床表现。随着社会的高速发展和越来越多倒班工作的产生，倒班相关睡眠障碍和认知偏向的患病率也在随之增长。“调任通督法”对倒班相关睡眠障碍和认知偏向疗效显著，防治意义重大，文章从“调任通督法”的相关理论入手，浅谈其病因病理及相关机制以指导临床。
