    【摘 要】 大柴胡汤是张仲景《伤寒杂病论》中著名经方之一，为少阳阳明同治的表里双解剂，具有和解少阳，疏肝理脾，内泄热结，通下腑实，斡旋枢机，畅通血脉的作用。该方用药精简，配伍严谨，被后世医家广泛应用于各科的临床治疗中，通过把握大柴胡汤的辨证要点，基于“异病同治”理论，古方今用，可治疗临床各类疾病，尤其在治疗高血压、失眠、冠心病中疗效卓然。

    Abstract：Dachaihu decoction is one of the famous classical prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile Diseases by Zhang Zhongjing. It is an exterior and interior resolving agent for Shaoyang and Yangming. It has the functions of reconciling Shaoyang， soothing the liver and regulating the spleen， relieving internal heat， dredging the lower viscera， mediating the axis and unblocking the blood vessels. The prescription is simple in use and rigorous in compatibility. It has been widely used in clinical treatment of various departments by later physicians.
