    【摘 要】 中医药在恶性肿瘤的治疗中发挥着不可替代的作用，张东伟主任认为，对肿瘤病人进行扶正固本最重要的方法之一就是坚持固护阳气，文章总结了“固阳思想”治疗多种常见恶性肿瘤的临证经验。张东伟主任擅长运用“固阳思想”，根据阳气的多少及部位的不同，固阳又可细分为扶阳、补阳、温阳、通阳、敛阳等具体治法。文章中对这些治法进行了具体阐述与总结，对固阳思想进行了深入探究，为恶性肿瘤的治疗提供了宝贵的中医经验。
