    【摘 要】 王雪峰教授基于“壮火食气，少火生气”理论，探讨了糖皮质激素与少火、壮火的相关性以及激素应用的不同阶段体内阴阳的变化，提出清热益气养阴为治疗儿童难治性肾病的基本治则，辨证施治，组方精练，用药精简，疗效显著。
