    【摘 要】 清代名医尤怡在张仲景等前人的基础上继承与创新，对虚劳的诊治方法进行了系统的归纳和总结，将虚劳分为虚劳营卫不足、肺劳、心劳、肾劳、脾劳、风劳、热劳、干血劳、传尸劳九种。详探病因病机，将虚劳的病因大致分为先天不足、感受外邪、烦劳过度，久病失理四种。诊治虚劳病注重四诊合参，善于运用五运六气，调护重视脾肾二脏。尤氏集众医家之良方，倡气血双补之大法，顾护阴液，阴中求阳，阳中求阴，活用归经药，以脏补脏，遣方用药圆机活法，对虚劳病的诊治有着独特的见解。
