    【摘 要】 药物性肝损伤是近年来危害肝脏代谢功能的又一类重大疾病。因其发病无特异性，往往容易被忽视，致使疾病迁延日久导致不可逆的损伤。药物性肝损伤会随着病情进展可逐渐演变成肝纤维化、肝硬化，甚至肝癌。中医药治疗药物性肝损伤具有多靶点、多途径的特点，并且能够针对不同患者体质采取个体化治疗方案。张国梁教授在多年临床工作中总结出防治DILI首要重诊断，将中医舌诊与辨证紧密相结合，配合中医特色外治法，运用疏肝健脾泄浊法治疗能够有效缓解药物性肝损伤的进展，减轻肝脏代谢负担。张国梁教授认为本病主要因药物蓄积的毒素损伤了肝，因此在治疗以恢复肝脏生理功能为己任，其治疗经验值得临床借鉴。
