    【摘 要】 文章总结近10年中医外治法治疗膝关节滑膜炎的文献，综合分析中药熏洗、中药外敷、针灸疗法、小针刀疗法、中药塌渍等中医外治法治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床研究进展。发现中医外治法治疗膝关节滑膜炎疗效显著，且不良反应少，远期疗效优于西药，值得进一步探究并在临床上推广。

    Research Progress on Treatment of Knee Synovitis with External Therapy of TCM

    Abstract：

    This paper summarizes the literature of TCM External Treatment for knee synovitis in recent 10 years， and comprehensively analyzes the clinical research of TCM External Treatment for knee synovitis， such as TCM fumigation and washing， TCM external application， acupuncture therapy， small needle knife therapy， TCM collapse stains and so on. It is found that the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has significant effect on knee synovitis with less adverse reactions， and the long-term effect is better than that of Western medicine， which is worthy of further exploration and clinical promotion.
