    【摘 要】 糖尿病周围神经病变为糖尿病常见的并发症之一，其常造成患者生活质量下降，且目前无较好的治疗方案。近年来穴位注射因其良好的疗效在临床上得到了较大的推广，笔者整理近几年穴位注射在临床应用的相关研究报道，发现穴位注射虽有广阔的发展前景，但也存在一定的不足。因此笔者综述糖尿病周围神经病变的穴位注射疗法，并提出目前其存在的一些不足，以供临床参考。
