    【摘 要】 肾虚不固是小儿遗尿发生的根本，肺脾两虚是本病的重要因素，心肝调节情志失职与遗尿发生关系密切。在治疗上应五脏兼顾，除补肾固精外，尚需补益脾肺、调畅心肝，同时重视二便兼调，恢复膀胱功能。文章结合案例浅谈“五脏一体观”诊治小儿遗尿的体会。

    Abstract：

    Kidney deficiency is the basic factor of enuresis， deficiency of both lung and spleen is an important factor， and the dereliction of heart and liver regulation is closely related to the occurrence of enuresis. In the treatment， the five organs should be taken into account，in addition to invigorating the kidney and strengthening the essence， it is necessary to invigorate the spleen and lung， regulate the heart and liver，pay attention to the defecation and urination should be adjusted simultaneously at the same time， and the bladder function should be restored.Combining with the case， this paper discusses the experience of diagnosis and treatment of enuresis in children with the concept of holism of five organs. ......
