    【摘 要】 王东旭主任治疗女子经闭立足《内经》经典理论，认为女性闭经主要病机为心火不降、痰瘀互阻、气郁血结、肾水不足，提出了降心火、破痰瘀、开郁结、滋肾水四法，结合自己丰富的临证经验，灵活应用四法，从心脾及肝肾论治，疗效显著，其临床经验值得学习和推广。文章通过分析王东旭主任的两则典型案例，浅析其治疗女性闭经方面的相关经验。

    Abstract：

    Based on the classic theory of Neijing， director Wang Dongxu thinks that the main pathogenesis of amenorrhea is heart fire， phlegm and blood stasis， qi stagnation and blood stasis， and deficiency of kidney water. He puts forward four methods to reduce heart fire， break phlegm and blood stasis，let go of pent-up， and nourish kidney water. Combined with his rich clinical experience， he flexibly applies the four methods to treat amenorrhea from heart， spleen， liver and kidney ......
