【摘 要】 桥本甲状腺炎属于中医学“瘿病”范畴，古人治瘿多用含碘中药来组方，桥本甲状腺炎的一个高危诱发并加重因素就是碘过量。因此对于含碘中药能否应用在桥本甲状腺炎的治疗过程中、如何用存在分歧。文章就此进行分析与探讨，旨为指导临床合理应用含碘中药治疗桥本甲状腺炎做出参考。

    Abstract：Hashimoto's thyroiditis belongs to the category of “gall disease” in TCM，" The ancient Chinese medicine physicians used iodine-containing TCM to make prescriptions for gall treatment. However， one of the high risk inducing and aggravating factors of Hashimoto's thyroiditis is iodine excess. Therefore， there are disagreements on whether iodine-containing TCM can be used in the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis and how to use it. This paper analyzes and discusses this issue in order to provide reference for the rational application of iodine-containing Chinese medicine in the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis. ......
