【摘 要】 葛花解酲汤出自李东垣的《脾胃论》，是温阳健脾、分消酒湿的代表方，多用于治疗“酒伤”类疾病。文章通过辨析葛花解酲汤所治“酒伤”类疾病的病机、阐述该病机下常见的临床表现、剖析方药间配伍意义，以对其进行全面的方证释义，从临床运用和相关实验研究出发，对其研究现状进行概述，就目前研究中存在的问题和今后的研究方向进行分析和思考，以期进一步拓宽其在临床中的运用范围，为后期的研究提供新思路和新方向。
