【摘 要】 糖尿病胃轻瘫(diabetic gastroparesis， DGP)是糖尿病常见的并发症之一。主要表现为消化系统神经支配功能障碍，可引起吞咽不畅、上腹胀、嗳气，更为严重者可出现顽固性呕吐。西医治疗此类疾病常使用促胃动力药和止呕药，中医治疗此病有其自身优势。文章通过汇总近年来名家经验和学者的相关实验数据，试从糖尿病胃轻瘫的病因病机、分期论治、辨证论治、专方专药、针灸疗法、其他疗法六个方面来进行综述，以期为临床治疗提供借鉴。
