【摘 要】 呃逆，即膈肌痉挛，总由胃气上逆动膈而成，其病理性质寒、热、虚、实皆有。文章对贾斌教授运用运中除胀汤治疗呃逆经验进行总结。贾斌教授临证治疗呃逆，结合数十年经验，自拟运中除胀汤以疏肝理气、健胃醒脾、降逆止呕。同时注重配合嘱患者调情志、避风寒、慎起居的调护方法，常获佳效。
