【摘 要】 介绍马云枝教授从“内风”论治帕金森病的临证经验，分别阐述了内风形成的理论基础、内风致颤的机理，提出肝肾脾虚损为本，风痰瘀毒阻络为标，内风的形成为颤证的重要病理因素。治疗上以熄风通络为基本治则，分别从阳亢化风证、阴虚动风证、痰热动风证、血瘀生风证、血虚生风证五方面展开论述，并附典型验案加以分析，指出帕金森病治疗可从“内风”入手。

    MA Yunzhi's Experience on Diagnosing and Treating Parkinson's disease from “internal wind”

    Abstract：This article mainly introduces the experience of professor MA Yunzhi in the treatment of Parkinson's disease (PD) from the “internal wind”. She elaborated the theoretical basis for the formation of “internal wind” and the mechanism of tremor caused by “internal wind”， and proposed that the deficiency of liver， kidney and spleen is the basis reason， wind， phlegm， blood stasis and toxin blocking the collaterals as the phenomenon， and the formation of “internal wind” is an important pathological factor of PD. In the treatment， Xifeng Tongluo is the basic treatment principle， which is discussed from five aspects： wind syndrome caused by Gan-yang hyperactivity ......
