    【摘 要】 目的：优化黔东南续断中多糖的提取工艺，研究续断多糖的抗氧化活性。方法：选择料液比、提取温度、提取时间、提取次数进行单因素试验，采用响应面分析法优化续断多糖提取工艺，并研究续断中多糖的抗氧活性。结果：续断多糖的最佳提取工艺为：料液比1∶25(g·mL-1)、提取温度91 ℃、提取时间90 min、提取次数3次，在此条件下多糖的平均提取率为4.74%。体外试验发现续断多糖具有较好的抗氧化活性。结论：优化后的工艺简便、合理、可行。续断中多糖具有抗氧化活性。
