    【摘 要】 目的：调查研究苗药土人参的资源分布及其混淆品使用情况。方法：采用实地调研、文献查阅的方法，对土人参的资源分布及混淆品的使用情况进行研究。结果：较为全面的对土人参在全国的植物资源分布进行整理，调查的31个省市自治区中，有10个省份对土人参进行了相关的文献记载，不同地区的土人参的药用情况存在差异。调研发现紫茉莉、商陆、土党参、金铁锁为土人参药材的市售常见混淆品。结论：对土人参的资源分布、混淆品应用情况进行总结，为苗药土人参的开发应用和临床使用提供理论依据。
