    【摘 要】 六经学说源于汉代张仲景。六经头痛即以六经理论为基础，将头痛分为六经辨证论治。为归纳六经头痛的特点，探讨六经辨治头痛理论发展，总结六经辨治头痛的研究概况，? 文章以六经并且头痛、六经头痛并且辨证论治、六经辨证并且头痛等为检索式在中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库等文献检索数据库中对2015年至2021年这六年间的六经辨治头痛的相关文献进行整理。认为六经辨治头痛可指导头痛的中医治疗，目前研究多集中于经方、针药结合、外治法的研究与应用，后续研究可往六经头痛传变和六经头痛引经药等方向上发展，使得研究方向和研究内容更具有多样性和综合性，让六经辨证更好地指导头痛的临床治疗。
