    【摘 要】 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病常见的微血管并发症，在临床中具有难以早期诊断，诊断后难以治愈的特点，中医药治疗具有整体调节、全面改善症状的优势，文章总结了党毓起主任医师治疗糖尿病肾病的临证经验，党毓起主任医师认为其基本病机为“脾肾亏虚为本，痰瘀毒滞为标”，治疗以健脾益肾、化痰祛瘀法为主，经过多年的研究，形成了院内协定方“肾康合剂”，临床疗效确切。
