    【摘 要】 目的：整理挖掘依托古今醫案云平台(V2.3.5)中医药治疗痛风性关节炎的用药规律，为临床组方治疗及中药复方开发提供新思路。方法：应用古今医案云平台检索到的2006年1月至2019年12月治疗痛风性关节炎有效医案，标准化处理后进行中药频次、属性分析、关联分析、聚类分析及多尺度的backbone复杂网络分析。结果：共纳入122个医案，涉及中药249味。频次前5的中药为土茯苓、黄柏、薏苡仁、粉萆薢、苍术。药性以温、平、寒居多，药味以甘、苦为首，归经以肝、脾、胃为主。得到9个核心药对，聚类分析2个组合，核心处方为苍术、黄柏、土茯苓、粉萆薢、薏苡仁、威灵仙、甘草、忍冬藤、泽泻、牛膝。结论：现代中医药认为湿、热、痰、瘀、虚是引起痛风的主要病因，治疗该病多从肝、胃、脾三脏出发，以甘、苦、辛味药物为主，注重清热、利湿、活血止痛等药物的应用，体现了“清热祛湿治标”“化瘀通络活血止痛”“益肾固其本”的治疗原则。
