    【摘 要】 目的：对民族药用植物鬼吹箫地上部分的化学成分及其镇痛活性进行研究。方法：鬼吹箫地上部分以95%的乙醇回流提取，提取物以正反相硅胶和凝胶柱层析等方法分离化学成分，分离得到的化合物通过NMR等波谱学方法进行结构鉴定;采用小鼠醋酸扭体法进行镇痛活性研究。结果：从鬼吹箫地上部分95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到7个单体化合物，分别鉴定为木犀草素(1)、木犀草素-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、松柏醛(3)、乌索酸(4)、乙酰熊果酸(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、胡萝卜苷(7)。化合物1、4、6可明显抑制醋酸诱发的小鼠扭体次数。结论：化合物2、3、5均为首次从该属植物中分离得到;化合物1、4、6具有一定的镇痛活性。
