    【摘 要】 笔者基于中医经典著作及现代研究论治肩周炎，文章从“经筋理论”探析肩周炎的生理病理及治疗原则和方法。肩周炎属于“经筋病”范畴，肩关节的稳定由肩部的经筋维持，肩周炎的病理改变关键是筋急，病理产物为筋结;治疗原则是“温筋通络，松筋解结”，局部“筋节点”及远端点取穴;治疗方法则采用温针灸、针刀、火针、推拿等，以期为治疗肩周炎拓展新思路与新方法。
