    【摘 要】 目的：研究桉蛇止痒液的止痒效果。方法：采用动物行为学研究方法研究不同配比桉蛇止痒液对化合物48/80引起的急性瘙痒的止痒作用。结果：配比为2∶8、3∶7、4∶6的桉蛇止痒液作用于小鼠0min后对急性瘙痒小鼠的抑制率分别为52.53%、51.09%、61.95%，作用于小鼠15min后对急性瘙痒小鼠的抑制率分别为43.50%、55.24%、48.97%，作用于小鼠30 min后对急性瘙痒小鼠的抑制率分别为38.99%、42.22%、46.22%。桉蛇止痒液不影响小鼠的强迫运动能力。结论：三种配比桉蛇止痒液均对被化合物48/80诱导的急性瘙痒具有抑制作用，配比为4∶6的桉蛇止痒液具有快速止痒作用。
