    【摘 要】 目的：研究山柰根茎的化学成分。方法：采用硅胶柱、凝胶柱、MCI、ODS以及半制备HPLC等各种色谱分离手段对山柰根茎95% EtOH提取物进行分离纯化。并运用MS、NMR等波谱数据方法对化合物的结构进行鉴定。結果：从山柰根茎中共分离得到15个化合物，包括5个苯丙素类化合物，反式肉桂酸乙酯(3)、反式对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯(4)、反式对甲氧基肉桂酸(5)、顺式对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯(6)、阿魏酸(7);4个简单芳烃类化合物，对甲氧基苯甲酸(1)、对羟基苯甲酸(2)、苯甲酸(8)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(9);4个脂肪酸类化合物，5-癸烯酸(10)、硬脂酸(11)、单棕榈酸甘油(12)、柠檬酸三甲酯(13);2个黄酮类化合物，山柰酚(14)、木犀草素(15)。结论：化合物1、7、9、10、12和13均为首次从该植物中分离得到;化合物10为首次从山柰属植物中分离得到。
