    【摘 要】 慢性阻塞性肺疾病是我国呼吸系统常见病、多发病。慢性炎症是慢性阻塞性肺疾病的主要发病机制之一，同时慢性阻塞性肺疾病在早期即可出现肺血管重构，二者均可能加速疾病进程。文章就慢性阻塞性肺疾病炎症与肺血管重构以及中医药对其的干预进行综述，以期为中医药防治慢性阻塞性肺疾病的靶点及策略研究提供参考。

    Research Progress on the Reconstruction between Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

    Inflammation and Pulmonary Vessels and the Intervention Through Traditional Chinese Medicine

    Abstract：Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common and frequently-occurring disease of respiratory system in our country. Chronic inflammation is one of the main pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. Meantime， the reconstruction of pulmonary vascular can occur in the early stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease， both of them may accelerate the disease process. This article made a summary on the reconstruction between chronic obstructive pulmonary disease inflammation and pulmonary vessels and the intervention through traditional Chinese medicine in order to provide reference for the research of targets and strategies of prevention and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with traditional Chinese medicine. ......
