    【摘 要】 膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)具有发病率高、难以逆转、致残率高等特点，造成了本病治疗效果不理想、治疗成本偏高，给患者带来过重心理負担等问题。自噬是维持软骨细胞内环境稳态的关键环节，自噬失调导致的软骨代谢异常是KOA发病的重要机制。近年来，在中药复方、单方及其有效成分防治KOA方面进行了大量的基础和临床研究。文章综述近年来国内外报道的通过中药复方、单方及其有效成分调控自噬干预膝骨关节炎的研究，以期为进一步的研究提供依据。
