    【摘 要】 中医体质学说是近50年发展起来的一个新兴学科，其内容被广泛运用于中医诊疗的方方面面，常涉及多个学科，近年来与男科常见疾病的体质学相关的研究也越来越多。文章通过分析近年来男科常见病的体质学研究的相关文献，发现勃起功能障碍的中医体质学分型主要以湿热质、气郁质、痰湿质居多;不育症的中医体质学研究总体以气虚、阴虚、阳虚和气郁质为多，病因主要在于湿热、瘀血和痰湿;慢性前列腺炎以湿热、痰湿、瘀血、气郁体质多见;前列腺增生的病理体质主要以湿热、痰湿、瘀血、阳虚、阴虚、气郁为主;男性更年期综合征的体质类型以平和质、气虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质居多。文章旨在进一步探究男科常见疾病及体质的相关性，为今后的基础研究及相关疾病的防治提供借鉴和思路。
