    【摘 要】 文章总结淦家荣教授对甲状腺结节病机理论认识及临证经验。甲状腺结节因情志内伤、饮食失宜以及体质因素，致气滞、痰凝、血瘀结于前颈而发病。据此，淦家荣教授以分虚实为辨证重点，分初期、中期、后期三期论治，将“从肝论治、脾肾为本”贯彻治疗始终，治以调整脾肾功能、调和阴阳气血为本，兼顾疏肝、行气、软坚、化痰、活血化瘀等，同时结合B超影像学结果，根据不同结节的特点，加减使用不同的经验药物，疗效满意。
