    【摘 要】 文章介绍叶建州教授基于“木郁达之”理论治疗白癜风经验。叶建州教授提出以“木郁”为中心环节，病位在肝、胆，以实证里证为多，或虚实夹杂，病及多脏，日久可致血虚，还可生风、挟瘀。“达”法关键在于疏利通达，以升发疏理肝胆之气为主，养血活血、祛风通络亦为“达”法，总以使周身气机得以和畅为目的。

    Abstract：This thesis introduces Professor Ye Jianzhou's experience to apply the Facilitating Stagnant Wood theory in treatment of vitiligo. Professor Ye thought stagnant wood is the key etiology， which brings illness to liver and gallbladder， most occasions are sthenia and internal syndromes， and some occasions are sthenia work together with asthenia syndromes on several internal organs.
