    【摘 要】 云南拥有得天独厚的中药材资源和地理优势，如何将中草药栽培与鉴定专业建设与“大健康”有机结合起来，助力“十大云药”产业发展，使云南成为全国中药材发展的标杆省份具有重要意义。中草药栽培与鉴定专业是为满足中药现代化发展需求而设立的培养中药材栽培、采收、加工、鉴定和综合开发利用从业人才最相关的专业，高校应在人才培养规划、社会实践和就业当中因势利导，为学生专业知识构建和实践能力提升做足准备，同时地方政府应为大学生到乡村就业提供政策支持。随着中药材种植标准化和现代化的发展，国家层面、地方政府和高校三方共同努力，中草药栽培与鉴定专业内涵建设必将得到稳步提升，为“大健康”和人民致富提供人才支撑。
