    【摘 要】 以五运六气理论为基础，综合分析2022年自然气候变化与疾病的关系。从五运、六气、客主加临等方面研究壬寅年运气特点对疾病防治的意义。发现壬寅年木运太过，少阳相火司天，厥阴风木在泉，全年气候特征多为风和火。发病特点以风、火为邪，其中初之气因气候温热，加之岁冬不藏精，多温病为患。结合大运及六气特点，以六壬年运气主方苓术汤、寅申之岁的六气时方升明汤为临床施治代表方，总体体现敛肝、运脾、泻火的治法。运气学说内涵精深，并充分反映中医学的整体观念，对临床疾病的诊疗具有积极的指导作用。
