    【摘 要】 血瘀证是慢性肾脏病最常见的证候，瘀血贯穿疾病的始终，对疾病的发生发展和预后起着至关重要的作用，活血化瘀法是临床常用的治法。文章基于“去宛陈莝”理论，以瘀血为切入点，探析在慢性肾脏病的治疗中活血药物的分层次应用情况，以期为慢性肾脏病的临床治疗提供参考。
