    【摘 要】 《伤寒论》中记载了诸多关于汗法的条文，既明确了汗法使用原则，也阐述了汗法正确使用的情况，更列举了汗法的禁忌症以及汗法不当而导致的变证。文章通过探析《伤寒论》中误用汗法的前因后果，总结误汗致变的病机本质在于误汗伤及人体阳气和津液，因此误汗变证的治疗关键在于“救阳气”和“存津液”。临床实践中，不仅要掌握变证发生后的救逆方法，更要明确致误原因以规避误治。
