    【摘 要】 目的：优选虎杖煮散工艺。方法：采用HPLC法测定虎杖煎煮液中虎杖苷和大黄素的含量，以含量和干膏率为评价指标，考察虎杖煮散主要影响因素(浸泡时间、煎煮时间、加水量)，优选虎杖煮散工艺。结果：虎杖最佳煮散工艺为加14倍量水、浸泡0 min、煎煮10 min，煮散与饮片的剂量比为1∶2。结论：优选的煮散工艺简单可行，筛选的剂量可为临床应用提供参考。
