泡核桃青皮的化学成分研究
马明芳 李冬梅【摘 要】 目的:研究泡核桃青皮化学成分。方法:采用系统溶剂提取法,硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析等方法对泡核桃青皮70%甲醇提取物氯仿部位化学成分进行分离纯化,并运用现代波谱技术方法结合文献数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从泡核桃青皮70%甲醇提取物氯仿部位分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇 (1)、熊果酸 (2)、白桦酸 (3)、2α-羟基齐墩果酸 (4)、齐墩果酸 (5)、核桃酮 (6)、4,5-二羟基-α-四氢萘醌 (7)、柚皮素 (8)。结论:化合物2~5为首次从泡核桃中分离得到。

Chemical Constituents from Green Husk of Juglans Sigillata Dode

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents from the green husk of Juglans sigillate Dode. Methods The chemical constituents of the chloroform fraction of 70% methanol extract of green husk of Juglans sigillate Dode were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and so on. The modern spectral method and literature data were used to identify the compounds. Results Eight compounds were isolated from chloroform fraction of 70% methanol extract from green husk of Juglans sigillate Dode. And their structures were characterized as: β-sitosterol (1) ......
