    【摘 要】 目的：研究泡核桃青皮化学成分。方法：采用系统溶剂提取法，硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析等方法对泡核桃青皮70%甲醇提取物氯仿部位化学成分进行分离纯化，并运用现代波谱技术方法结合文献数据鉴定化合物结构。结果：从泡核桃青皮70%甲醇提取物氯仿部位分离得到8个化合物，分别鉴定为：β-谷甾醇 (1)、熊果酸 (2)、白桦酸 (3)、2α-羟基齐墩果酸 (4)、齐墩果酸 (5)、核桃酮 (6)、4，5-二羟基-α-四氢萘醌 (7)、柚皮素 (8)。结论：化合物2～5为首次从泡核桃中分离得到。

    Chemical Constituents from Green Husk of Juglans Sigillata Dode

    Abstract：Objective To study the chemical constituents from the green husk of Juglans sigillate Dode. Methods The chemical constituents of the chloroform fraction of 70% methanol extract of green husk of Juglans sigillate Dode were isolated and purified by silica gel， Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and so on. The modern spectral method and literature data were used to identify the compounds.
