    【摘 要】 目的：論述脾胃虚弱型妊娠恶阻的中医疗法研究概况，总结近10年来各医家的诊疗经验，为优化临床诊疗提供依据。方法：以关键词检索万方(WANFANG)、维普(VIP)、知网(CNKI)、PubMed数据库，选取与中医治疗脾胃虚弱型妊娠呕吐相关的文献，并进行溯源检索，对比各种治法的优劣之处。结果：对比现代医学的支持治疗发现中药内服、外治手段均具有副作用小、患者易耐受等优势。结论：中医治疗以肝、肾、脾、胃为病位，以中焦气机为中枢，运用汤剂、针刺、穴位敷贴、注射等手段治疗脾胃虚弱型妊娠恶阻，临床疗效较好；内、外治同用效果更佳，更能被孕妇所接受，且干姜、半夏等止呕药物的安全使用能增强疗效，但其诊疗过程需进一步规范，其具体治疗机理与药理学依据仍值得进一步研究。
