    【摘 要】 苦杏仁是中医治疗中一味常用的中药，具有止咳、平喘、化痰等功效，对肺系疾病具有良好的疗效。其药理作用广泛，包括止咳化痰、免疫调节、抗炎、抗肿瘤等。临床与动物实验研究显示，其有效成分、药对以及方剂均对呼吸系统疾病具有显著的治疗作用，现基于以上几点对目前苦杏仁治疗呼吸系统疾病的研究概况进行综述，为其临床治疗及研究提供参考。

    Abstract：Kuxingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum) is a commonly used Chinese medicine in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine， with cough， asthma， phlegm and other effects， has a good curative effect on lung diseases. Its pharmacological effects are extensive， including relieving cough and reducing phlegm， immune regulation， anti - inflammatory， anti - tumor and so on.
