    【摘 要】 暴食症一种常见的进食障碍，目前的心理疗法和药物治疗中存在着副作用多、复发率高、长期愈后较低等问题。穴位埋线为针灸“留针”“皮内针”等疗法的发展，有延长和增强针刺效应的特点，文章总结了张彩荣主任治疗暴食症的临床经验，张彩荣主任认为暴食症主要病机为脾不健运、脑神失调，治疗应以运中健脾、调神畅志为治则，选取足太阴脾经腧穴、足阳明胃经腧穴、头部腧穴及背腧穴等进行治疗，在临床中取得较为满意的疗效，这将为临床治疗暴食症提供新的思路和有效方法。
