    【摘 要】 文章总结汪瀚教授从肾论治眩晕的临证特色，并附病案举例。汪瀚教授认为从肾入手是治疗眩晕的其中一种思路，病机主要有精亏血虚，脑髓失养；阴虚阳亢，水不涵木；命门火衰，水泛清窍。治疗上以补肾填精为总则，在自拟方“补元止眩汤”基础上随证加减，并活用厚味之药，平补阴阳，使气血通调，眩晕自解。

    Abstract：This article summarizes the clinical features of Professor Wang Hans treatment of vertigo from the perspective of kidney，with examples of medical records. Professor Wang Han believes that starting from the kidney is one of the ways to treat vertigo. The pathogenesis mainly includes deficiency of essence and blood，and dystrophy of brain marrow; Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity，water does not contain wood；The fire of the gate of life has declined， and the water has cleared the orifices.
