    【摘 要】 射精是个连续的过程，是男性达到性高潮的基本条件，早泄是射精功能障碍疾病之一，其发病率高且发病机制尚复杂，严重影响了男性的身心健康及家庭和谐。中医药治疗早泄的经验丰富且具有较好的疗效，本文总结了宾彬教授治疗早泄病的临证经验，其强调宁心安神和脾肾并补在射精控制中的重要性，主张早泄之疾首分虚实两大类，实证表现为亢进型，治疗上以清泄为主；虚证为减退型，治疗以补益为主。
