    【摘 要】 目的：观察两种不同辅料鼻敏贴穴位贴敷治疗过敏性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效。方法：选择384例AR患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法随机分为两组：A组192 例，B组192 例，均采用鼻敏贴穴位贴敷进行治疗。A、B两组鼻敏贴分别采用凡士林、姜汁两种辅料制作。观察两组患者临床疗效，中医症状(鼻塞、鼻痒、流涕、连续喷嚏)消失时间及不良反应。结果：B组总有效率为80.20%(154/192)，明显高于A组的总有效率69.79%(134/192)，差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：采用姜汁制作鼻敏贴治疗AR疗效显著，可有效缓解AR症状，具有较高的安全性，值得在临床中推广使用。
