    【摘 要】

    张喜奎教授师承陈亦人、杜雨茂等伤寒大家，学用《伤寒论》四十余载，学验俱丰，尤为擅长运用经方、时方治疗各种疑难病证，对于《伤寒论》中介证有深入的研究，临床运用中介证疗效显著。其中介证思维不仅仅可运用于经方，也可运用于时方中，以经方辨证思维指导时方，可谓“经时结合”“六经钤百方”。加味逍遥散出自《内科

    摘要》，具有疏肝解郁，清肝胆火，健脾养血之功，治肝经血虚，火旺郁郁不乐。运用《伤寒论》中介证的思维来探讨加味逍遥散病机，其为少阳太阴脾阴不足之中介证。不仅加味逍遥散，其余非经方亦可运用《伤寒论》辨证思维来探讨，扩展临床思维，提高临床疗效。
