    【摘 要】

    咳嗽是指一种肺系疾病，以肺气上逆出现咳声或咳吐痰液为主要症状。其病位一般在肺，并与脾、肾、肝、大肠等脏腑相关。其中，脏腑气机逆乱为本病的基本病机。气是人体生命活动的基础物质，气机升降理论作为中医学重要的组成部分，是维持人体气血运行、协调脏腑功能正常运作的关键。文章结合古今医家对咳嗽病的相关论述，以气机升降理论为基础，探讨肺、脾、肾、肝、大肠等脏腑与咳嗽的关系。

    Cough is a kind of lung disease， the main symptom is cough sound or expectoration.It is usually located in the lung and is associated with the spleen， kidney， liver and large intestine.The disorder of zang-fu organs and Qi is the basic pathogenesis of this disease.Qi is the basic material of human life activities.
